May I ask what specific error it shows? Please upload a screenshot here.
May I also ask what method you have already tried to fix the issue?
Does this happen after recent changes on your laptop, like an update or installation?

I am facing an issue with updating my Outlook app through the Microsoft Store.

I have already tried the troubleshooting steps, including resetting the Microsoft Store cache, repairing/resetting the Microsoft Store app, checking the required update services, and running Windows Update. My Windows system is fully up to date, and everything else on my laptop is working normally.

However, Outlook still does not update from the Microsoft Store. The Microsoft Store keeps showing an error saying that one of the update services is not running properly.

Please try uninstalling the New Outlook app, then restart your PC. Install the app on the Microsoft Store and see if this time it will work.
