Forwarded emails going to trash box instead of inbox

I have all my comcast emails being forwarded to my outlook email acct. All the comcast emails go to my outlook trash box instead of the outlook inbox. Am I missing a setting to have them forwarded to the inbox?

Hello

Please complete these steps on a computer, not on a smartphone or tablet.

First, go to https://www.outlook.com and sign in.

Click the gear icon in the top right corner to open Settings.

Under Mail, review the following areas:

Rules

If any rules are listed, delete all of them.

Conditional formatting

If anything is set up there, delete it.

Forwarding and IMAP

If you see any entries or settings you did not create, remove them. Turn off POP and IMAP.

Junk

Review Safe sender and blocked list. If you don't recognize any, remove them.

If everything looks good in those settings, do you also check emails on your phone or tablet? If so, go into the phone/tablet's own contact app settings (not outlook's contact, but the phone's own contact app), make sure you don't have the comcast email address blocked. If it is blocked it can move the emails to trash as well.
