Can't Activate windows 11 Home even though I just bought it

The E-mail didn't have a product key even though I bought it from the in-app store, so far support has been less than stellar and I haven't been able to fix it, are the activation servers just busy or is there a way to refund it? Error code 0xC0EA000A in the activation troubleshooter.

Are you signed in to windows using the same account you used to buy the licence in the Store. The licence is for the windows installation you were using to buy it, is that correct?

The Store issues a digital licence which usually doesn't have a product key. The account acts as the product key.

I got it fixed after screen sharing with support for awhile, reinstalling windows seems to have fixed it, I’m guessing maybe doing bios flash or a bunch of driver’s install messed with it registering as the device connected to the account or something or if the install was somehow corrupted despite the cmd scans not showing anything. Not sure but it is fixed now.
