Can I still down load Windows 8.1 to my Dell Laptop for free?
Windows 8.1 is not free software. If your laptop did not originally ship with Windows 8.1, you need to purchase it - but Microsoft stopped selling Windows 8.1 to consumers in 2014. If your laptop did originally ship with Windows 8.1, Dell has instructions on their website for how you can reinstall it.
