How to fix Microphone Realtek (R) Audio in my Acer laptop?

The issue is that my laptop microphone suddenly not working without and device like headphone or output device - microphone. I had try a lot of method, like reinstall and restart my laptop, but still cannot working.

Even I with my headphone also not working. And in my device manager there the 'microphone for Realtek (R) Audio' is disappear.

Can anyone can help me solve this issue? cause now is hard for me to have zoom or google meet with my boss. Sometimes I always video call without any headphone or and device, just using the laptop microphone.
