Driver_Power_State_Failure 0x9F Windows 11

Hi all, I've been having this issue with Driver_Power_State_Failure 0x9F on Windows 11 on and off.

I've only noticed it happens only after waking my computer from sleep, signing in, and then after about 10 seconds after logging in it gives the error. I don't have any other issues (as far as I can tell) with my PC.

I had this issue before but I seemingly fixed it by rolling back my gpu drivers since it stated happening after I updated drivers. I'm still on those same drivers for my gpu and have no other issues until tonight with this error coming back.

I opened event viewer and looked around but not really sure if any of the errors were relevant/would help in diagnosing the issue.

I tried looking at the minidump file it generated but have no idea where to start.

Hi Brandon,

Your minidump file indicates it is a driver for the Razer Seiren V3 Chroma Microphone that caused that crash.

The best option is to uninstall the drivers and any software that may be installed for that microphone, restart your PC, then download and install (not update) the latest available version of the drivers from the manufacturers website.
