I hope you are doing well.

I am experiencing an issue with Microsoft Excel for Mac where the Copilot button does not appear, even though my Microsoft 365 subscription includes Copilot benefits.

Below are my details:

  • Microsoft 365 Plan: Microsoft 365 Family
  • Email Address: ******@gmail.com
  • Application: Microsoft Excel for Mac
  • Excel Version: 16.110.2 (Build 26062818)
  • Operating System: macOS
  • Region: India

I have already completed the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Verified that my Microsoft 365 subscription is active and up to date.
  • Confirmed that my subscription benefits page shows Copilot features for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Refreshed my Microsoft 365 license successfully.
  • Signed in using the correct Microsoft account.
  • Updated Excel to the latest available version.
  • Restarted Excel and my Mac.
  • Confirmed that the Copilot button is still missing from the Excel ribbon.

Could you please check whether the Copilot entitlement has been correctly provisioned for my Microsoft account? If there are any additional requirements, regional restrictions, or account settings preventing Copilot from appearing in Excel for Mac, I would appreciate your guidance.

If needed, I can provide screenshots of my subscription, Excel version, and the missing Copilot interface.

Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to your response.

Kind regards,I hope you are doing well.
