ATTENTION - Safety Sensitive: Police Investigation - I require an immediate response.

I am writing to formally request urgent assistance in recovering access to 2 old Microsoft email accounts that have been locked. I have been attempting to regain access for over two months using all available recovery tools and procedures provided by Microsoft, but without success. This is required for an immediate police investigation and to avoid further physical harm.

This email account was fully functional until approximately three months ago, at which point it became inaccessible. I need to recover this account as a matter of urgency, as it contains critical information required for an active police investigation.

Despite multiple recovery attempts and following all of Microsoft's recommended steps, I have received no meaningful progress or resolution. This prolonged inaccessibility is not only obstructive but is now interfering with legal proceedings.

Unless I am granted access to this account promptly or provided a direct means to escalate this issue with someone who can assist, I will be left with no choice but to pursue legal action against Microsoft for obstructing a lawful investigation and failing to provide reasonable support.
