I think my xbox account was false flagged for a 2 day suspension

I recently tried to upload a gamerpic through Xbox App and 20 seconds later it got immediately flagged under the vague "community standards" message on enforcement history, the issue with the flag in itself is the pfp I tried uploading "leader" isn't offensive, doesn't promote anything dangerous or illegal, and it's a near identical copy to the current pfp "elite" I have on. Is there no way I can appeal this automated suspension?
