Hello Microsoft Support,
I am facing an issue with Microsoft Learn Practice Assessments.
After completing all 50 questions and clicking Submit, the assessment gets stuck on "Compiling your assessment..." indefinitely. The score is never displayed.
I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:
Google Chrome (Android)
Google Chrome (Windows)
Microsoft Edge (Windows)
Incognito/InPrivate mode
Personal Microsoft account
Corporate Microsoft account
Different laptop and different network
The issue occurs every time and is reproducible.
Affected Practice Assessments:
PL-200
PL-300
Region: India
Could you please confirm if this is a known issue or if there is any workaround? I would appreciate your assistance, as I am preparing for my certification exams.

POST /api/skillassessment/practice/assessments/.../score → HTTP 413 Payload Too Large

Thank you for reaching out to us. We would like to inform you that we are currently aware of an ongoing issue affecting access to practice assessments for certain certification exams. Our Engineering team is actively investigating the matter and working diligently to implement a resolution.
Once the issue has been resolved and access to the practice assessment has been restored, we will provide an update accordingly.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued cooperation while we work to resolve this issue.
