Because the exam did not start after verification and there is already a complaint number, the next step is to work directly with official support so the case can be investigated and resolved (for example, reschedule, voucher, or fee handling, depending on their findings and policies).
Take these actions:
- Contact Microsoft Credentials Support
- Go to Microsoft Credentials support: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/support/help
- Sign in with the same Microsoft account used to schedule the exam.
- Open a support request and include:
- The complaint/case number (42033504)
- Exam name and date (12 June)
- That the exam did not start after all verification steps were completed.
- If the exam was an online proctored exam with Pearson VUE
- If the issue occurred before or after the exam session, contact certification support using the same link above.
- If a similar issue happens again during an active Pearson VUE session, use Pearson OnVUE Support live chat during the exam session.
- If rescheduling is needed
- Once support confirms the status of the failed session, reschedule via the Learn profile if instructed:
- Sign in to the Learn profile.
- Go to Profile → Credentials → Certifications.
- Find the exam appointment and use Reschedule (or Cancel) if available. You will be redirected to the exam provider’s site to complete the change.
- Once support confirms the status of the failed session, reschedule via the Learn profile if instructed:
Support will review the existing complaint and advise whether the exam can be rescheduled or if any other remedy applies under the current policies.
