Hello!
I rescheduled my Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals - AZ-900 exam for 6 July but it does not appear in my history. I wanted to reschedule it again and I do not find. Past days it was appearing. Please help me with this issue.

The missing exam appointment is most likely related to one of these situations:

    1. Signed in with a different Learn profile/account
Exam appointments are tied to the Learn profile used when scheduling. If multiple Microsoft accounts were used (personal vs. work/school), the appointment may be under a different profile. Steps:
      1. Confirm the account used when registering for the AZ‑900 exam.
      2. Sign out of Microsoft Learn completely.
      3. Sign back in with each possible account and check the Certifications area of your Learn profile:
        • Log in to your Learn profile and choose Profile from the avatar menu.
        • Go to CredentialsCertifications and scroll to your exam appointments.
    2. Exam scheduled via a different provider/profile scenario
If the exam was scheduled through Pearson VUE and later changed, the appointment may have been cancelled or moved in Pearson VUE but not visible as expected in Learn. Steps:
      1. From the Certifications page in your Learn profile, locate any AZ‑900 exam entry and use the Reschedule or Cancel link if present. This redirects to Pearson VUE where the live appointment record is held.
      2. If no appointment appears at all in Learn and no other account shows it, contact Pearson VUE support to verify whether the 6 July booking still exists or was cancelled.
    3. Exam cancelled or revoked by the provider
If Pearson VUE cancelled the appointment (for example, due to test center or system issues), the booking may no longer appear in history. In such cases, Pearson VUE can confirm the status and, if applicable, reinstate or reschedule the exam. Steps:
    4. Profile/credential linkage issues
If the exam or related credentials are associated with a different or legacy profile, Microsoft Credentials Support can investigate and correct profile linkage issues. Steps:
      • If the appointment cannot be found under any account and Pearson VUE confirms it is not active, open a case with Microsoft Credentials Support for assistance with missing exams/credentials and profile issues: Microsoft Credentials Support.

In summary, first verify the correct Learn account and check the Certifications section for the AZ‑900 appointment. If it is still missing, confirm the booking status with Pearson VUE, and if needed, escalate to Microsoft Credentials Support to investigate missing or mis-linked exam records.
