Windows Lock key not working or disabled

My windows lock key isn't working it seems to either disabled or there is some software issue. How do I solve it

    May I know if you mean the lock to disable the Windows key isn't working

    OR

    do you mean that you cannot lock the computer using the Windows key plus L key combination?

    Also, please let me know the make and model of your computer.
