Hi all
I bought a new MacBook. I have a 2019 PackOffice. I transfered all the data and softwares from the old MacBook and now I have the message : "Activate Microsoft 365 to Create and Edit". How come since I bought a permanent license?

Can I get a bit more information like which MacBook model and macOS version are you using now? Also, can you tell me what exact edition of Office 2019 do you have, it could be Office Home & Student 2019, Office Home & Business 2019 or Office Professional 2019.
It's version 16.78.3 (23102801)
And it's written "Licence not activated".
The computer is a MacBook Air M5

Office 2019 cannot be installed on current versions of macOS. You would need to install Monterey or earlier for your 2019 software to work, but I doubt you can install that OS on a new Mac.
It's impossible to downgrade the OS so my licence is gone.
