Hello. I am trying to download the official Windows 11 ISO from the Microsoft website, but I'm getting an error:
"Your request is currently unable to be processed. This service is restricted for some users, organizations, and locations."
Error code: 715-123130
I am located in Russia, and downloading from the official site is blocked. Using a VPN also does not help.
Could you please provide a direct temporary download link for the Russian version of Windows 11 (x64) ? I understand that such links are valid for 24 hours.
