Xbox Remote Play Being Stupid AGAIN

Okay so if you read my last post, I was having issues with the Xbox app with remote play, turns out I used the more updated browser and it worked, but now whenever I try to connect through the browser, it just shows a black screen and then goes back to the choose console screen. Yet the stupid Xbox app works just fine but has that crappy double scroll feature. I even unplugged my router for an hour, plugged it back in, and it's still doing this crap. How can I fix this so that the browser loads my console correctly?
