Access Review "Resource" column shows blank group name unless "At end of review, send notification to" is filled in

Hello Everyone,

I'm using Entra ID Governance Access Reviews (Group and app review type) and have noticed a consistent pattern across multiple reviews I created today.

When creating an access review, if I fill in the "At end of review, send notification to" field with a name/person, the Resource column on the Access Reviews list correctly shows the group's display name (e.g., grp-devlead-pg-lot-draw-ga-prod).

However, if I leave that "At end of review, send notification to" field empty during creation, the Resource column only shows the generic label "Group" with no name at all - even though I did select a group when setting up the review.

This is reproducible across many reviews I created in the same session, all with the same review type, same owner, and same start date - the only difference being whether that notification field was populated.

Questions:

  1. Is this expected behavior, or a known display bug in the Access Reviews list view?
  2. Does leaving "At end of review, send notification to" blank affect whether the review actually has a valid group binding, or is this purely a display/rendering issue in the portal?
  3. Is there a way to fix this for reviews that were already created without that field filled in, without having to delete and recreate them?

Any insight would be appreciated, since I have a number of reviews scheduled to start soon and want to confirm they are correctly configured before they go live.

Thanks,

Monica
