My copilot says i'm on a free plan, when i pay. I have been paying for over a month now, and it keeps saying i'm on a free plan when money has been coming out of my account.

My Copilot says I am on a free plan. Today, I reached a limit on the number of questions I could ask, and I am confused as to why this is the case, since I have been paying for over a month now. Could you let me know why this issue is happening? I need access to my paid account. I would like this issue resolved as soon as possible, please, as you can probably imagine the inconvenience it has caused me.
