How do I open my 2nd email address that does not open when I add the password. ******@rap.midco.net

My computer a HP kept freezing up on me after logging in and working for a few minutes. I took it to Best Buy Geek Squad and they fixed it I thought. My email was opened under ******@outlook.com. I don't use that for my email information. I use ******@rap.midco.net. It will not open for me on the computer. I can still get in by going to their website and on my phone, but I want it back on my computer. It keeps asking for my password which Midco has given me a new one and it doesn't work. Who or how do I get it back?

You tagged your Question as Outlook | Web but Outlook Web (Outlook in a browser) can't be used for non-Microsoft accounts, so you must be using a different Outlook Client.
