Hello, where I do I find my Windows 11 Pro Prodcut Key I purchased directly from Microsoft? I checked my order history and nothing there, no email was sent either. I tried calling Microsoft Customer Support, but no response or a live person to speak with.

When you purchase a Windows licence directly from Microsoft, that is a digital licence associated to your Microsoft account, are you experiencing activation problems on your PC, if so, what happened before the activation errors occurred.
Also, what type of Pro licence did you purchase from Microsoft, is that a full Windows Pro licence or the half price Home to Pro upgrade licence.
I purchased both, thinking I would get a product key I could copy and paste to upgrade. I was not sent an email with the product key, and it's not in my subscription or order history.
If you purchased the Home to Pro upgrade licence form the Store on the Activation settings window, and the upgrade was not automatically performed on your PC, if the Home version of Windows 11 is installed on your PC, the best option is to use the generic Pro key to perform the upgrade.
Important - disconnect totally from the Internet
Open the Settings App (Gear icon on your Start Menu)
Go to Update and Security - Activation
Click Change Product key
Enter this generic product key: VK7JG-NPHTM-C97JM-9MPGT-3V66T
When prompted, click 'Activate Product'
If the above does not work first time, restart your PC and try again.
Note the generic key will cause the Home edition to upgrade to the Pro edition, then your own legal licence will activate automatically after you restart (not shut down) your PC
