I understand how disappointing this is, especially after spending so much time earning enough Microsoft Rewards points for the Robux gift cards.

The Robux gift cards are one of the most popular Microsoft Rewards rewards, so they often go out of stock due to high demand. Unfortunately, Microsoft has not provided any official explanation or announced when they will be restocked.

At this time, Microsoft has not stated that the Robux Digital Cards have been discontinued. Until an official announcement is made, there is no way to know whether they are simply out of stock or when they will become available again.

In the past, some Rewards gift cards have returned after several weeks or even months, but this varies and is not guaranteed.

For now, I recommend checking the Redeem page regularly so you'll be among the first to redeem them once they become available again. Thank you.

I know it's disappointing to save up your Microsoft Rewards points only to find the Robux gift cards out of stock. Unfortunately, neither Bill Gates nor Microsoft support staff on this forum control Rewards inventory.

Rewards like Robux gift cards are restocked based on availability and demand. Popular rewards can go out of stock quickly, and Microsoft doesn't usually announce when they'll be available again.

My suggestion is to:

  • Check the Microsoft Rewards redemption page regularly, as rewards may return without notice.
  • Make sure your region is set correctly, since reward availability varies by country.
  • Keep your points—you don't need to spend them immediately, and the Robux gift cards may be restocked in the future.

    Hello Microsoft Rewards Support,

    The Roblox gift card was available on my Microsoft Rewards account yesterday, but today it is no longer available. I am located in Iraq.

    Could you please confirm whether the Roblox gift card is temporarily out of stock or if it has been removed from the Rewards catalog for Iraq?
