so i was using my laptop when suddenly my laptop freeze and i had to do a force restart by Pressing and holding the power button, when the laptop turned back on, it generates a file in the folder LiveKernelReport with pretty big size of 4gb, C:\Windows\LiveKernelReports\WATCHDOG-20260703-1837.dmp.

I've also had problems lately and has been going for about 1 year now where my laptop keep boot looping until black screen of death or going into recovery mode, which then i had to press continue to windows (if i went to recovery mode) and the laptop finally load to windows

Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

This behavior can occur for several reasons. It is necessary to investigate.

Please see if your computer created minidump files.

    These files are in C:\Windows\Minidump.

(If you don't have a Minidump folder, check if it is in the plural Minidumps.)

Copy any files you have to your desktop and store them in a ZIP file. Then, upload the ZIP file to the cloud (OneDrive), choose to share it, and get the link.

Then, post the link to the ZIP file here so I can have a look.

    Looking forward to your reply.
