Hello Microsoft Team,

I am trying to apply for Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub, but I am unable to start the application.

Expected Behaviour

After clicking Apply now from the Microsoft for Startups portal, I expect to be taken to the Founders Hub application/onboarding flow.

Actual Behaviour

After successfully signing in with my Microsoft account, I am immediately redirected to:

https://portal.azure.com/#home

instead of the Founders Hub application.

The application process never starts.

URLs Tested

All of them redirect to the Azure Portal.

Accounts Tested

I tested with two different personal Microsoft accounts:

  • ******@gmail.com
  • ******@hotmail.com

The issue occurs with both accounts.

Browsers Tested

  • Safari
  • Safari Private Browsing
  • Google Chrome (Incognito)

The behaviour is consistent across all browsers.

Additional Verification

I also verified the following:

  • Azure subscription exists and is accessible.
  • Authentication succeeds successfully.
  • My Microsoft account is a Personal Microsoft Account.
  • My Applications (https://myapplications.microsoft.com) is empty.
  • No Microsoft for Startups application is associated with either account.
  • Azure search does not show any Microsoft for Startups resource.

Request

Could someone please verify whether this is a known issue with the new Microsoft for Startups onboarding experience or whether my account requires backend provisioning?

If any additional diagnostic information (Correlation ID, Request ID, Browser ID, etc.) is required, I will gladly provide it.

Thank you.
