I appear to be locked out from commenting on. MSN articles that. To come up on my MSN page. I log in correctly with my. Microsoft account and. When I go to comment. The submit button. Is locked out, but then when I go to my MSN profile. It says. Good good news. You have no violations and. I like to comment and I don't know why I'm locked out. I'd like to find that out. Now one added thing is I had to. Create a new. Profile on my primary computer. And basically have restarted. By window sessions. Under my old. Account name, but it is a different profile underneath the username. Profile underneath is. Different than it was before. But II have been able to comment and then. Off and on the submit button will either work Oregon, not work Oregon. It will not work, and then it will work later in the day, but now it's just overnight. It is just locked permanently. Now, how do I appeal what I'm doing? How do I get to a human that can pull the trigger and fix me?
