What do you use for SMS verification when testing multiple online services?

I've been testing different online platforms lately, and many require phone verification. Using my personal number for every signup doesn't seem like the best idea, especially for temporary accounts. What are you all using these days? Public SMS sites, virtual numbers, eSIMs, or something else? I'd love to hear what's been reliable for you.
