Anyone using Microsoft Bookings with a WordPress website?

I need a little help because I've been overthinking this for the past couple of days 😅

I run a construction estimating business, and we're planning to add appointment booking to our website. I've been checking out Microsoft Bookings because I've heard a lot of good things about it, and honestly it seems way more professional than the random booking tools I've looked at so far.

My website is built on WordPress, so I'm wondering how smooth the integration actually is.

Did you embed Microsoft Bookings directly into your site, or is it better to just send visitors to the booking page?

Also, were there any issues you wish you'd known about before setting everything up? I'd rather avoid learning the hard way if I can 😅

Would really appreciate any advice or tips. Thanks in advance!

Hi Amelia Werner

Based on my research, Microsoft Bookings supports embedding your booking page into a website through either a direct link or an iframe.

For more information, please refer to: Sharing your shared booking page | Microsoft Learn

To access the embed options in Microsoft Bookings, you can navigate to:

Go to your Bookings page > Booking page > Configure booking page > Embed

In addition, my research indicates that adding iframe code as Custom HTML in WordPress may require a paid WordPress plan. You can find more details in the Add custom HTML – WordPress.com Support

As an alternative, you can use the booking page link provided by Microsoft Bookings and place it on your website, allowing customers to access directly through the Bookings page.

I hope this helps clarify the available options.
