    Hi,

Does the problem only occur in Microsoft Edge?

Do the following: access the Start menu > Settings > Network & Internet > Select the Ethernet or Wi-Fi arrow, depending on what you are choosing > find the IPv4 Address option > click Edit, set it to Automatic > check if DNS is set to Automatic, change it to Manual and enter this DNS:

    8.8.8.8

    8.8.4.4

Apply and test in Microsoft Edge again.

If it doesn't work > access the Start menu > Settings > Network & Internet > Advanced network settings > Reset network > Restart

Search on the taskbar, and type command prompt. The Command Prompt button will appear. To the right of it, select Run as administrator > Yes.

At the command prompt, run the following commands in the listed order, and then check to see if that fixes your connection problem:

Type netsh winsock reset and select Enter.

Type netsh int ip reset and select Enter.

Type ipconfig /release and select Enter.

Type ipconfig /renew and select Enter.

Type ipconfig /flushdns and select Enter.

Is this happening with any browser?

Do you have a VPN installed on your PC?

Search for msinfo32.exe in the search bar, take a screenshot, and post it here so we can see the correct laptop model or desktop configuration.

    Thanks
