Security refund procedure

Security refund was given to ******@bigpond.com bigpond account of $8000 from Microsoft. The Windows security person I was talking to regarding a virus breach advised that a refund would be given of $80 for Defender as Defender was compromised. Ed was then asked to email a Microsoft refund account for are refund payment of $80. Then $8000 was deposited into Eds bank Account that Microsoft have to do annual fees. This money is now Eds bank account. They are now requesting that $7900 to be withdrawn in Cash and deposited into another bank account to be advised. What do we do now? This is urgent!
