To comply with HIPAA data privacy laws, our helpdesk technicians must be blocked from copying text or pulling sensitive patient records off a remote doctor's screen onto their own local IT machines during a support session. How do we configure Remote Help session settings to block clipboard sharing

Under Remote help global settings, locate the session configuration and set the clipboard sharing option to Disabled. This server-side policy enforcement prevents the protocol from initializing the virtual channel required for bidirectional data transfer, effectively securing the connection without the need for manual client-side modifications.
