Hello,
I was accidently put into a family group by your faulty software 7 months ago, and the organizer of the family group cannot remove or access the family account at all because his details aren't correct. When I click on the 3 little dots and look for the 'Remove' option all the help areas state should be there, it doesn't exist for me. Is there anything I can do to verify my age or let me go.
