Hi! According to the screenshot, the subscription already expired in September 2024. The last successful charge was in July 2024, and the last attempted charge in September 2024 failed.

Because of that, there is no active subscription to cancel at the moment.

That subscription has already been cancelled. You will need to go to the subscription options and try to purchase a new subscription.
