How to fix Edge Metadata sidebar from interfering with my interaction with Copilot.

I have been using Microsoft Edge along with Copilot to do a series of business plans. However, recently I have begun to experience a problem. According to Copilot Edge, metadata from its sidebar keeps dumping pages and pages of conversation I am having with Copilot into the document I am working on. Copilot will tell me, "The metadata problem is not you, and it’s not your document. It’s a browser‑side glitch where Edge occasionally injects tab‑context data into the chat window. It looks like content, so it keeps confusing the workflow — but it has zero impact on your actual business plan." Yet, it is not uncommon for me to have to delete up to 50 pages that are not supposed to be in my document. I reached out to Microsoft, and the person who was supposed to assist me did nothing but direct me to a feedback page. I do not want to take Microsoft to court because I have to pay to use the product, and right now it is causing me a lot of delays.
