Sending, receiving, and organizing email in Outlook.com

I understand that you are having a problem receiving Discord password reset emails in Outlook.com. I am happy to help. Please confirm these two details only:
- Do you receive normal emails from other senders?
- Did Discord confirm whether the reset email was sent successfully or bounced?
Meanwhile, try these remaining steps:
1) Check Outlook.com storage
If Microsoft cloud storage is full, Outlook.com cannot send or receive email. Messages sent while storage was full may be bounced back to the sender and cannot be recovered. Check your storage and free up space if needed.
2) Check Rules, Sweep, and Forwarding
In Outlook.com, check whether any setting is moving, deleting, or redirecting Discord emails.
- Go to Settings > Mail > Rules.
- Disable or delete any rule that may affect Discord emails.
- Check Sweep settings if you used Sweep before.
- Go to Settings > Mail > Forwarding.
- Make sure forwarding is off, or that keep a copy is enabled if you use forwarding.
3) Search all folders, including Deleted Items and Archive
Use Outlook.com search and try keywords such as:
- Discord
- from:discord.com
- noreply
- verification
- password reset
Also check:
- Deleted Items
- Archive
- Junk Email
- Other, if Focused Inbox is enabled
If you find the message in Deleted Items, restore it via: Email is missing from your Outlook.com inbox | Microsoft Support
4) Make sure Discord is sending to the exact email linked to the Discord account
The reset email is sent to the email address tied to the Discord account. If the Discord account is linked to a different or old email address, the reset email will not arrive in this Outlook.com mailbox.
5) If only Discord emails are missing, ask Discord to check delivery
If normal emails arrive but Discord emails do not, please contact Discord Support and ask them to confirm whether the reset email was:
- Sent successfully
- Bounced
- Suppressed
- Blocked or delayed on their side
