Hi SV

I understand that you are having a problem with no notifications in new Outlook for Windows on Windows 11. I am happy to help you. Please confirm only these details if the issue continues:

  • Are email notifications missing, calendar reminders missing, or both?
  • Do notifications appear only after opening Outlook, or do they never appear at all?

Meanwhile, try these checks:

1) Check Focus, Do not disturb, and Battery saver

Windows settings such as Focus, Do not disturb, and Battery saver can interfere with Outlook notification delivery. Please check the following:

  • Go to Windows Settings > System > Focus.
  • Stop any active focus session.
  • Go to Settings > System > Notifications.
  • Make sure Do not disturb is turned off.
  • Make sure Outlook notifications are allowed in the app notification list.
  • Go to Settings > System > Power & battery.
  • Make sure Battery saver is turned off.

2) Check Teams status if you use Teams

If you use Microsoft Teams, make sure your Teams status is not set to Do not disturb, as this can affect Outlook notifications. Change your Teams status to Available, then send yourself a test email.

2) Restart new Outlook completely

  • Right-click Start.
  • Select Task Manager.
  • Select Microsoft Outlook.
  • Choose End task.
  • Reopen new Outlook.
  • Send yourself a test email.

3) Confirm the new Outlook notification settings

In new Outlook, check the notification settings again from inside the app:

  • Open new Outlook.
  • Go to View > View settings.
  • Select General > Notifications.
  • Under Notify me about, make sure Mail and Calendar are enabled.
  • Enable notification sounds if needed.

4) Reinstall new Outlook if notifications still do not appear

If the settings are correct but notifications still do not appear, reinstall new Outlook:

  • Open Start.
  • Find new Outlook for Windows.
  • Expand the app options.
  • Select Uninstall.
  • Reinstall new Outlook from Microsoft Store.
  • Add your account again and test notifications.

Please tell me how it goes. If the problem persists, please don’t hesitate to reply to this thread and I will be happy to help. Have a lovely day!
