Hi support,

I am reaching out for assistance regarding an issue I am experiencing with my Windows Server 2022. After applying all the latest patches, I've noticed that the Print Spooler service keeps disabling itself automatically after 5 to 10 minutes.

This has been quite problematic as it interrupts our printing capabilities. I have attempted troubleshooting, but the issue persists.

Could you please provide guidance or suggestions on how to resolve this problem? Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated.

This issue is usually caused by a faulty printer driver, corrupted spool files, or a recent Windows update. Check Event Viewer for errors, clear the C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS folder, update/reinstall printer drivers, and run:

Also verify that the Print Spooler service is set to Automatic and isn't being disabled by Group Policy or security software.
