We’re seeing inconsistent digital experience scores between our on‑site employees and our remote staff and management suspects network conditions may be the root cause. In Intune Endpoint Analytics, where can we review network‑related metrics like Wi‑Fi signal quality and ISP latency for remote devices so we can determine whether these issues are affecting stability?

Hi Liam Wilson,

You can analyze and compare the network telemetry for your remote and on-site workforce directly within the Work from anywhere dashboard inside Endpoint analytics. To access these specific core metrics, navigate to the Microsoft Intune admin center, select Reports, click on Endpoint analytics, and then choose the Work from anywhere sub-menu. Within this view, the Windows score tab breaks down the digital experience by device connectivity types, offering aggregate telemetry regarding network latency and stability differences between remote and office bound endpoints.

For a deeper granular inspection into individual remote machines experiencing poor stability, you should switch over to the Device performance tab within that same menu and add the columns for Wi-Fi signal strength and ISP latency. This allows you to cross reference low digital experience scores with actual network degradation patterns, helping your management isolate whether a specific remote region or localized home network configuration is causing the performance drops.
