I can no longer access my MSN Zone games. How can I get access to them? If these games no longer exist, because of iWin, then you wrongly charged my credit card for All Access, which I no longer have access to. If the All Access can be applied to iWin, I am good with that. Please advise what is going on. Thank you.

    Hi Patrice Shevlin,

I totally understand your concern, especially when the issue involves payments. If you are being charged for a subscription but can no longer access the games, that would certainly be frustrating. That said, before getting further, there are a few things I need to clarify so you can get the correct help:

    • Microsoft Q&A is just a user-to-user support forum. Contributors here do not have access to customer subscription or billing records, and cannot verify which service is associated with the charge or make changes to the subscription.
    • In this situation, you need to reach out to the Support team directly. If the charge is coming from iWin, you'll need to contact iWin Support directly, as only they can review the subscription and billing history for your account.
    • If you're unsure or the charge record wasn't clear enough, sign in to your Microsoft account and review your active subscriptions here: https://account.microsoft.com/services

MSN Games continues to offer games through The Zone website, but it is not the same service as the original MSN Gaming Zone experience. If you still find an active Microsoft subscription in the account, but the associated games or service are no longer available, I recommend contacting Microsoft Support directly:

    1. Visit Contact Us - Microsoft Support > Sign in
    2. Type in your problem > click Get Help to make request
    3. Scroll to the bottom and click Contact Support to connect to agent
    4. Select category again > continue and you should be added to a chat queue.

Note: The support contact team only works at certain times, so if the last window shows that it's unavailable, try opening it again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave a phone number. This way, they can call you and help you.

I wish I could help more directly, but since this involves account-specific billing information, there's limited things we can do from a public community platform. Only the appropriate billing support team can investigate the charge, confirm its source, and advise on any refund or cancellation options that may be available.
