I can not open Copilot

Service: CopilotScenario: I am not able to open Copilot
Result: When I click on the Copilot Icon, it brings me to screen that shows the following "Sign In to Copilot. Upload files, use voice without limits, and make Copilot yours with memory across conversations". It gives me 3 options to sign in: Microsoft, Apple, Google. None of them work.
