Public User Profile microsoftsupport ?

There is a Public User Profile named microsoftsupport

Is this any kind of legitimate Microsoft Support user profile? If not, then I would suggest it be deleted and not be allowed to be recreated. I can imagine that it could be used as bait in a scam.
