    I followed David's recommendation, but after installing the updated graphic driver i had a blank screen. Had to perform a restore function to get my video working again.

    Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

    It looks like the reason you might be stuck on version 32.0.101.6129 and seeing numerous errors in your Event Viewer could be a classic conflict between Windows Update and your graphics driver.

    Since your desktop is running Windows 11 version 25H2, that 2024 driver might be struggling to properly communicate with your updated operating system, which could be what is triggering those Event Viewer errors. Windows Update might be stuck in a loop, potentially rolling back any new driver you try to install because it thinks the 2024 version is the "approved" one for your system.

    You can try to fix this natively through the Device Manager by performing a clean manual reinstallation to see if it resolves the issue. Here is a method you can try:

    1 = Go to the official Intel Download Center (link below) and download the latest graphics driver installer for your Intel Core Ultra 5 235 processor. Save it to your desktop, but do not run it yet.

    https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/785597/intel-arc-graphics-windows.html

    2 = Unplug your Ethernet cable or disconnect your Wi-Fi. This is important because if you stay online, Windows Update might automatically download and reinstall the old 2024 driver the second you uninstall it.

    3 = Uninstall the current driver completely:

    • Right-click the Start menu and select Device Manager;
    • Expand the Display adapters section;
    • Right-click Intel(R) Graphics and select Uninstall device;
    • Important: Check the box that says "Attempt to remove the driver for this device" and click Uninstall;
    • Restart (not shutdown) your computer (keep the internet disconnected).

    4 = Once the PC reboots, open Device Manager again and check Display adapters:

    • If it still says Intel(R) Graphics, Windows just uncovered an older backup driver. Repeat step 3 and restart again.
    • Repeat this until the graphics card is listed as "Microsoft Basic Display Adapter". This means your system should be clear of the old Intel files.

    5 = Install the new Intel driver:

    • Run the new Intel driver installer you downloaded in step 1;
    • Follow the prompts, complete the installation, and restart (not shutdown) your PC;
    • Reconnect to the internet.

    If you encounter any problems or if the problem persists, please let me know.
