Change spacing after full stops between sentences in Word.

I have written a multi-page document. I put three spaces after each full stop. I need to reduce it to one space after each full stop. Can anyone tell me how to do this without having to go to each sentence?

Make a copy of your file. Choose Home>Replace in Word. In the Find what field, type three space characters. In the Replace with field, type 1 space character. Click on Replace All.
