Most likely there is a problem with the graphics drivers if the 3 screens previously worked correctly.

The best option is to completely remove the current graphics driver using the widely available free DDU utility, then restart your PC and go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturer's website to download and install their recommended version of the graphics driver.

    Hello Kimberly Darnell,

    • Press Windows Key + Ctrl + Shift + B all at the same time
    • Press Windows Key + P & check the settings.
    • Check the Physical Connections (Re-Plug / Unplug the monitor's power cable from the wall, wait 30 seconds, and plug it back in / try plugging the third monitor directly into your computer's built-in port)

    Check the Monitor's "Input" Source

--> Press the physical menu buttons on the monitor itself

--> Look for Input or Source and manually select the connection type you are using

"switching from HDMI 1 to HDMI 2 or DisplayPort"

    Best,

    M.
