Hello,

I need assistance with a Microsoft Learn certification issue.
I successfully earned the Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals certification on August 25, 2024.
The certification is active, has a valid Credential ID and Certification Number, and I can access its individual credential page directly. However, the certification does not appear in: - My Microsoft Learn Credentials page - My Microsoft Learn Transcript My other certifications (MS-900, AZ-900, PL-900 and SC-900) appear normally. I have already verified: - I am signed in with the correct Microsoft account. - The certification is active. - The issue persists across different browsers and InPrivate mode. Could someone from the Microsoft Credentials Support team please investigate why this certification is not associated with my active Microsoft Learn profile? I can provide the following information if needed: - Credential ID - Certification Number - Screenshots - Direct URL to the credential page Thank you.

The behavior described matches a missing/incorrectly-associated certification on the Learn profile. Because the certification is already earned and individually viewable, the next steps are:

    1. Confirm the credential requirements are fully met
      • Some certifications require more than one exam or prerequisite. For any certification, verify in the catalog that all requirements are satisfied by checking the relevant details page under the certification or exam in the browse catalog: Certification or exam details pages.
    2. Reconfirm the correct Learn profile and login
      • Ensure the certification is associated with the same Learn profile that is being checked for Credentials and Transcript.
      • If there is any chance that multiple Microsoft accounts were used (personal vs. work/school), sign out and then sign back in with each possible account and check the Learn profile each time.
      • Use the guidance in the “Confirm your login account” section to systematically verify the correct profile: Missing Exams or Certifications.
    3. Check for known limitations
      • Some older or legacy certifications no longer appear in customer Learn profiles, but Azure AI Fundamentals is not listed as such in the provided context. Still, the general missing-certification guidance applies.
    4. If the certification is still missing, contact Microsoft Credentials Support
      • When the credential is clearly earned and visible on its direct page but not on the Credentials or Transcript views, the issue requires investigation by the Credentials Support team.
      • Use the official “Missing Exams or Certifications” guidance, which explicitly directs users with missing credentials to contact Microsoft Credentials Support: Missing Exams or Certifications.
      • Alternatively, use the general support entry point for certification issues: Credentials Support.

When opening a support request, include:

    • Full name as shown on the Learn profile
    • Microsoft account used to sign in (do not share passwords)
    • Exam name and date (Azure AI Fundamentals)
    • Credential ID and Certification Number
    • Screenshots of:
      • The direct credential page showing the active status
      • The Credentials tab and Transcript where the certification is missing
      • Any confirmation emails, if available

This information will allow the Microsoft Credentials Support team to locate the record and correct the association with the active Learn profile.
