A few years ago somewhere around 2018 I bought Cuphead for windows and it worked but now when I try to open it it gives the error code

"Cuphead is currently bit available in your account. Make sure you're signed in to the Microsoft store and try again" Error code 0x803F001

I tried resetting the Microsoft store and it didn't work and when I go to a different computer account I don't even have the game in my library.

Hi JustSimp, Welcome in Community

Follow these steps:

  1. Open the Microsoft Store app.
  2. Click your profile icon in the top right corner.
  3. Verify the email address exactly. It must be the exact account used back in 2018 to buy the game.
  4. If it's correct, click Sign out, close the Store, reopen it, and Sign back in to force a fresh license sync.

If not solved, force a deep reset of the Store dependencies:

  1. Press Win + R to open the Run dialog.
  2. Type wsreset -i and hit Enter.
  3. A blank Command Prompt window will open. Leave it alone—it can take a couple of minutes. Once finished, the Microsoft Store will automatically pop open

Let me know how it goes
