Trying to add new email address as an alias to a/c, keep getting "we limit how frequently you can add aliases to your a/c. Try again later", this goes on even after leaving for a number of days. Can't progress this

Hi,

Based on your description, you cannot add an alias anymore. Please note that Microsoft allows a maximum of 10 aliases to be added to your account within 12 months. This includes any aliases you have previously created and later removed.

Additionally, there is a short-term limit on adding an alias. You can only make up to two alias changes within 7 days. I recommend waiting 7 days before attempting to add your alias again.

@Kayece Jan Mae Amizola I have the same issue as @Owen Martin I have only used 1 of 2 aliases, but cannot create the second one. Many of us are getting this error and Microsoft is not answering.
