Hello Microsoft Team,

I am requesting assistance with two related Microsoft Credentials issues.

Issue 1 – Legal name not synchronized to Pearson VUE

I have already scheduled my Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) exam through Pearson VUE.

My Microsoft Credentials profile has been updated with my correct legal name. However, my Pearson VUE appointment still displays my previous shortened name instead of my full legal name.

I contacted Pearson VUE Support, and they advised me that the legal name has not synchronized from my Microsoft Credentials profile and that I should contact Microsoft Credentials Support.

Issue 2 – Unable to access Microsoft Credentials Support

When I try to access Microsoft Credentials Support using my personal Microsoft account, I receive the following error:

AADSTS5000225 – The tenant I am trying to access has been deauthenticated and blocked due to inactivity.

Because of this error, I cannot submit a Microsoft Credentials support request using my personal account.

My Microsoft Learn profile is linked to both a personal Microsoft account and a work account, which are associated with the same Learn profile.

Could a Microsoft moderator please advise:

  1. How can I synchronize my legal name with Pearson VUE before my scheduled exam?
  2. How can I resolve the AADSTS5000225 error affecting my personal Microsoft account?

I can provide my Microsoft account details, Candidate ID, Registration ID, and screenshots privately if required.

Thank you.
