Hotmail not showing alternative email accounts

Until recently I was able to see and access my three hotmail accounts by clicking the icon in trhc.

Now I only get "Account manager for <name>" when Iclick that icon.

This change was likely due to a Ms system update. How can I now move simply between/access these separate email accounts? Thanks

Hello George

I understand how convenient it was to switch between your Hotmail accounts from the account icon, and how confusing it is now that you're only seeing "Account manager for <name>" instead.

Based on your description, it sounds like you're using Outlook.com in a web browser.

To better understand what has changed, could you please clarify the following:

  • Are you accessing the three Hotmail accounts through Outlook.com (in a web browser), or through Classic Outlook for Windows?
  • When you click the account/profile icon, do you still see the other two Hotmail accounts listed, or do you only see the currently signed-in account?
  • Did this change occur after a specific update, or did it start suddenly without any changes on your side?

This information will help determine whether the issue is related to Outlook account switching, the Microsoft Account Manager experience, or the Outlook application itself.
