How can I compare page-specific traffic and remove a pending team invitation in Microsoft Clarity?

Hi everyone,

We're using Microsoft Clarity to analyze visitor behavior for our Shopify store, G8 Sport, and collaborate with our team.

One of our main goals is to understand how visitors interact with specific collection pages, such as our T-Shirt Bundles collection, and compare their performance month over month, same like we do in Google Analytics. Is there a way in Clarity to filter analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings for a specific product or collection page instead of viewing data for the entire website?

I also have another issue with the Team settings.

I sent an invitation to a user in May, but it was never accepted. The pending invitation is still listed in the Team section, and I don't see any option to remove or cancel it.

Later, I sent another invitation to the same user in June, which was accepted successfully. That account now has a Remove option, but the original pending invitation is still listed without any option to delete.

I've attached a screenshot for reference.

g8sport.com Has anyone experienced this before?

  1. How can I compare month-over-month traffic and user behavior for specific pages or collections in Microsoft Clarity?
  2. Is there a way to remove or cancel an old pending team invitation, or does it expire automatically?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

    1. To compare month-over-month traffic and behavior for specific pages/collections

Clarity supports powerful filters that let analytics be focused on a single page instead of the whole site:

    • Use Visited URL as a page filter to restrict Recordings, Heatmaps, and Dashboard data to a specific product or collection page. This lets analysis be done at page level rather than site-wide.
    • Combine Visited URL with other filters such as Page click count and Page scroll depth to understand how users interact with that page (for example, how many clicks they make or how far they scroll).
    • To examine traffic for a new or specific page over a time range (such as month over month), set:
      • Visited URL to that page, and
      • The time frame to the period being compared (for example, one month at a time). Then apply the same filters for each month to compare behavior.

Clarity filters work across Recordings, Heatmaps, and Dashboard, so the same page-level filter set can be reused to analyze different views of user behavior.

    1. To remove or cancel a pending team invitation

Clarity allows project admins to cancel an invite before it is accepted:

    1. Open the relevant project.
    2. Go to Settings → Team.
    3. In the list of team members and invites, select the pending invite and choose Cancel invite.

This removes the pending invitation from the project’s team list. The ability to cancel is available only to project admins.
