I work for a company where I am a part of multiple email groups that are continually receiving emails all day. I need to see all emails from all three groups. Is there a way to view, in columns, all three emails at the same time on the same screen?

    Dear @Torin,

Thank you for reaching out and I understand how challenging it can be to monitor multiple busy email groups at the same time, especially when they are receiving a high volume of messages throughout the day.

At the moment, Outlook does not support displaying multiple inboxes side-by-side in separate columns within a single window. However, there are a few practical workarounds that can help you achieve a similar result:

Option 1: Open each group in a separate window

    1. Right-click each group mailbox or Inbox
    2. Select “Open in New Window”
    3. Repeat for all 3 groups
    4. Arrange the windows side-by-side on your screen

To quickly place all 3 windows neatly on your screen, you can use Snap Layouts:

    • Press Win + Z on your keyboard
    • Choose a 3-window layout (grid view)
    • Click each Outlook window to assign it to a section

Alternatively, you can hover your mouse over the maximize button of any window to see layout options and snap them into position.

This allows you to monitor all three inboxes at the same time.

Option 2: Combine emails into one unified view

If your goal is to avoid switching between inboxes:

    • Use the search bar with “All mailboxes” selected to see messages from multiple groups in one list
    • Or create rules (if applicable) to organize incoming emails into a single folder

Option 3: Use Favorites for quicker access

You can add each group inbox to Favorites, so they are easily accessible at the top of your folder list, minimizing navigation time.
