Cannot connect SMS text responses with D365 due to issues with creating Event Grid System Topic

We are instructed to create an Event Grid System Topic but cannot complete the process because we cannot select our Communication Service.

Based on the information provided, we can see that the d365-Journeys resource in your resource group is an Azure Communication Service resource. However, while creating the Event Grid System Topic, the selected Topic Type is Event Hubs Namespaces. This option only lists Azure Event Hubs Namespace resources, which is why the Resource drop-down is empty and displays "No results were found."

I tested this in my environment by selecting Topic Type = Azure Communication Services, and I was able to successfully view the Azure Communication Services resource during resource selection.

If your deployment only contains the Communication Service resource and no Event Hubs Namespace, then the behavior shown in your screenshots is expected because an Azure Communication Service cannot be selected when the Topic Type is Event Hubs Namespaces.
